- 0.23 - Control 2 is located on floor 0 to the left as you exit the main shaft lifts, then take the first right off the corridor
- There is step free access from the main entrance of the New Adelphi Building to 0.23 - Control 2.

- Directional and locational signage for the room is available in upper and lower case that is clearly visible.
- The corridor outside the room is sufficiently wide enough (greater than 150 centimetres) to allow wheelchair users to pass.
- There is step free access into the room from the corridor.
- The door opening width is greater than 75 centimetres for the room.
- There is not hearing assistance system for the room.
- There is a visual fire alarm beacon in the room.
- There is some fixed furniture in the room.
- The clear floor space beneath tables in the room is 74 centimetres.
