- 1.24A - Stage is located ahead from the theatre side entrance and to the left, just past the main shaft lifts.
- There is step free access from the New Adelphi Building theatre side entrance to 1.24A - Stage.

- Directional and locational signage for the room is available in upper and lower case that is clearly visible.
- The corridor outside the room is sufficiently wide enough (greater than 150 centimetres) to allow wheelchair users to pass.
- There is step free access into the room from the corridor.
- The door opening width is greater than 101 centimetres for the room.
- There is not hearing assistance system for the room.
- There is a visual fire alarm beacon in the room.
- There is some fixed furniture in the room.
- A height adjustable table/bench is not available.
- There are not chairs with armrest on both sides available in the room.
- The room does have an unobstructed 150 centimetres by 150 centimetres turning space.
- The light switch is 148 centimetres from the floor.
