- HW0.27 - Simulation Space 2 is located To the rear of the Health and Wellbeing Main Building on the ground floor
- There is ramped/sloped access from all entrances of the Health and Wellbeing Main Building to HW0.27 - Simulation Space 2.

- Step free access into the room is available if you travel directly throughout room HW0.26 Sport Exercise.

- Signage for the room(s) is available in upper and lower case lettering that is clearly visible on or near the door.
- The corridor outside the room(s) is sufficiently wide enough (150cm+) to allow wheelchair users to pass.
- There is step free access into the room(s) from the corridor.
- There is a slight ramp/slope for access to the room(s).
- The width of the ramp/slope is 122cm.
- The ramp/slope has handrails on both sides.
- The ramp or slope does bypass the step(s).
- There is/are 4 medium height (11cm - 17cm) step(s) for access to the room(s) .
- The step(s) is/are clearly marked and has/have a handrail on the left leading in.
- The door opening width(s) is/are 75cm+ for the room(s).
- The door(s) for the room(s) is/are not push pad activated.
- There is step free access to the speaker's area at the front.
- The height of the speaker's desk/table is 69cm.
- The speaker's desk/table is not height adjustable.
- There is not a hearing assistance system for the room(s).

- There is fixed furniture within the room(s).
- The clear floor space beneath tables in the room(s) is 66cm.
