- The campus is located in the centre of Ipswich near the Waterfront on the north bank of the River Orwell.
- The main campus car park is located off Long Street and is for use of permit holders only.
There are Blue Badge parking Bays in the campus car parks for staff and students, and also directly behind the Waterfront Building on Coprolite Street.
Duke Street car park also contains Blue Badge Bays for visitors to the university.
