Building

- The journey from the main car park to the Prospect Building is 0.2 miles in length and takes approximately 4 minutes to travel. Along the journey are slight and steep slopes. The surfaces along the paths are concrete tiles, concrete paving, block paving and cobbles. Some of the pavements are obstructed by bins and scooters.

University Main Car Park to St Peter's Way
- This section of the route is 22 metres in length from the furthest Blue Badge bay and 10 metres from the nearest Blue Badge bay.
- Exit the car park via the path at the front of the blue badge bays.
- Turn right and go along the path towards the bus stop.
- The path has a slight downwards slope along the length of the Blue Badge parking bays.
- There is a small threshold between the car park surface and the path surface.
- The surface is concrete paving slabs.
- There are parking posts on the right shown in photographs 2 and 3.
- The path is 170 centimetre wide.
- There are hedges on the left.
- There is an slight upwards slope after 14 metres as shown in photograph 4.
- The path narrows at this point to 135 centimetres.
- There are 2 manhole covers on this ramp that have raised patterns.
- Continue ahead up the slope for 8 metres before joining St Peter's Way.
St Peter's Way to David Goldman Technology Centre
- This section of the route is 28 metres in length.
- At the top of the slope continue straight ahead along St Peter's Way.
- After 4 metres the St Peter's Campus Bus Stop is on the left.
- The surface is level and is concrete paving slabs.
- There is a grit bin on the right 3 metres past the bus stop.
- There is a recycling bin on the left 7 metres past the bus stop.
- The main entrance to the Reg Vardy Centre is on the right (as seen in photograph 4).
- Continue straight ahead for 6 metres past the entrance to the Reg Vardy Centre.
- The path the becomes a slight upwards slope for a further 5 metres before becoming a steep downhill slope at the side of the Faculty of Technology, which is a part of the David Goldman Technology Centre.
David Goldman Technology Centre to University Square
- This section of the route is 45 metres in length.
- Turn right before the Faculty of Technology which is in the David Goldman Technology Centre.
- There is directional signage to the left.
- There are three bollards here.
- The bollards are 91 cm high with identification strips at the top and bottom.
- The distance between the bollards is 120cm.
- Beyond the bollards there is a long steep downwards slope.
- There are no resting points along the slope.
- The surface is block paving and cobbles which create an uneven surface.
- There are lamp posts on the right against a wall and metal railings on the left.
- At the bottom of the slope there are steps on the left leading to the front of the David Goldman Technology Centre.
- There is directional signage on the left at the top of the steps, and a campus map on the right.
University Square to Prospect Building
- This section of the route is 32 metres in length.
- Off University Square are the David Goldman Technology Centre, David Puttnam Media Centre, Sir Tom Cowie Lecture Theatre and the Reg Vardy Centre.
- Continue straight ahead for 32 metres.
- The Sir Tom Cowie Lecture Theatre is on the right.
- The route is level for 30 metres.
- The surface is concrete paving slabs, block paving and cobbles.
- There is an slight upwards slope leading to the rear entrance of the Prospect Building, to the left.
