- The Piazza Building is a large building with three floors.
- There is one main lift and three staircases.
- The floors are signed as ground, first and second floors.
- There is also some signage referring to the ground floor as 0.

Parking and Public Transport
View
- The venue has its own car park, with Blue Badge parking available.
- The nearest train station is York Railway Station.

Getting Inside
- There is a level approach to the building.
- There are three entrances into the Piazza Building on the ground floor.
- All entrances have level access and have automatic doors.
- The main entrance has an alternative revolving door at the entrance.
- The main entrance is at the front of the building and has a single automatic door, the two other entrances are at the rear of the building and consist of sets of double automatic doors.
- The main entrance is signed as Piazza Building.
- The rear entrances are not signed.
- The main entrance provides level access into the main atrium / Foyer.
- One rear entrance enters the building near the lift and the other leads directly to the post room counter.
Getting Around
- There is step-free level access throughout the building on all floors.
- Floor surfaces along all circulation routes are hard and smooth, with some having a shiny finish.
- There are resting areas in some circulation and lobby areas with a mixture of seating.
- Overhead and wall mounted wayfinding signage is provided throughout the building.
- There are manual doors in some corridor and lobby area.
