Here's what you can expect at our branches:
- Step-free access and automatic doors at most branches (check our branch finder for details).
- Portable hearing loops available in all branches.
- You’re welcome to bring someone with you, and assistance dogs are always allowed.
- If you find it difficult to communicate, you can also use our 'Speak Easy' cards. They’re simple word-and-picture cards that let you point to what you need.
- If signing is difficult, we can provide a Chip and Signature card or a signature stamp.
