• There is step-free level access to the accessible shower.
• There is a manual door which opens inwards and has a high colour contrast.
• The door has a twist lock.
• The width of the accessible shower door opening is 81cm.
• The accessible shower has a turning space of at least 150cm x 150cm.
• The following dropdown rails are available: no dropdown rails.
• There is a pull cord emergency alarm at a recommended height for seated users (within 10cm from the floor).
• There is a drop down/tip up seat at a recommended height (48cm).
• There is an adjustable, detachable shower head not at a recommended height (between 105cm - 185cm).
• The shower control type is twist turn.
• There is a similar shower within the female changing room, this was in use at the time of survey (October 2024). There are four standard shower cubicles within the changing area.

• The male standard toilet was surveyed.
• There is also a female toilet in the same location.
• The wash basin tap type is lever mixer.
• Lighting levels are good in the cubicle.
• There is a similar toilet within the female changing room, this was in use at the time of survey (May 2023). There are push button alarms within the changing rooms. The Standard Toilets for males are outside the changing area through the door next to the Spa Reception Desk. These toilets are shared with females.
