About
View
- The Loft Glamping and Camping site is based on a working farm in Kinloss, Forres. In addition to camping and caravan pitches, there are 21 wigwam accommodation pods and lodges, 2 of which are accessible.
- Dogs are welcomed at this venue.
- Shared facilities include: toilets, a shower, a kitchen, washing up facilities, drinking water facilities and water and toilet disposal.

Parking and Public Transport

- The venue has its own car park, with Blue Badge parking available.
- The nearest train station is Forres.
- The nearest bus station is Elgin.
- For the latest travel options and information you can plan your travel using Google Maps (opens new tab).

- On arrival, guests park outside the reception office (where there are 2 Blue Badge bays) to collect their keys from the check-in boxes. The check-in boxes are at a height of 95cm.

- There is step-free access via slope at the most accessible entrance.
- There is step-free level access throughout the majority of areas.
- The following areas have step-free access via ramps or slopes: access to the 2 accessible pods, access to the facilities block (Nissen Shed).
- The following areas have stepped access: access to some of the standard pods/lodges.
- Access throughout may include uneven surfaces and manual doors.
- The following facilities are available: a seat/chair, raised toilet seats, a water bowl for assistance dogs and shower chairs.
- Staff receive the following training: First Aid.

- The toilet with adaptations is located within the adapted shower in the facilities block.
- The male and female step-free toilet facilities are located within the facilities block.
- The shower facilities which have adaptations are located within the facilities block.
- Parent and baby changing facilities are located within the facilities block.
Parking
- The car park is located to the right hand side of the office building.
- The car park is open air/surface.
- There are 2 designated Blue Badge parking bays available.
- The Blue Badge bays are clearly marked.
- There is a marked zone to one side but not at the rear.
- The most accessible route from the Blue Badge parking has step-free level access and ramps or slopes.
- Parking is free for all users.

- Pod number 17 is located to the right hand side of the reception office building.
- There is step-free access via ramp into the pod.
- The ramp is between 75cm and 150cm wide with no handrails.
- There is numbered signage on or next to the entrance.
- The key lock is at a height of 95cm.
- There is a single manual door at this entrance.
- The door opens towards you.
- The width of the opening is 87cm.

- The room has a single bed and a double bed.
- The top of the mattress is 64cm from the floor.
- The space under the bed is 35cm from the floor.
- There is not room for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre next to the bed (150cm x 150cm).
- The following features/facilities are available: a sofa bed, bedside plug sockets and a dining table.
- Seating available includes: a stool.
