Summary

Getting Help and Assistance View
- Opening times are 06:00 - 11:00 Monday to Sunday.
- There is a member of staff available for help and assistance.
- Water bowls for assistance dogs are available on request from the main building.
- There is not a hearing assistance system.
Access View
- The Good Breakfast is located to the left of the services building.
- There is step-free access to The Good Breakfast.
- The entrance area is clearly signed.

Toilet Facilities View
- Accessible toilet facilities are located at the rear of the services building.

- Good Breakfast becomes Harry Ramsdens Fish and Chips at 11.30 daily.

Service and Menus View
- There is a counter where food and drink can be ordered.
- Orders are placed and collected at the tills on either side of the counter.
- Staff cannot bring food and/or drinks to tables.
- Menu types include; menu boards.
- Menus are clearly written.
- Menus are presented in contrasting colours.
- Staff can read menus to customers if requested.
- The type of food served here is breakfast items.
- Plastic/takeaway cups are available.
- Adapted cups are not available.
- Adapted cutlery is not available.

The seating area is located in the centre of the services building.
There is step-free access to the seating area.
There is sufficient space for a wheelchair user to use the seating area.
In this area there are booths, bench seats, tables, high tables, high stools and chairs without armrests available.
Some chairs are fixed to the floor.
Tables are not permanently fixed to the floor.
The standard height for the underside of tables is 73cm.
The surface height of the tables is 94cm.
Music is played everywhere.
Lighting levels are moderate to good.
