Service and Menus

- There is a counter where food and drink can be ordered.
- Customers place their order for food at the counter where it will be prepared and given to them.
Customers can use a separate area to dispense their own drinks. - Staff cannot bring food and/or drinks to tables.
- Menu types include; menu boards.
- Menus are clearly written.
- Menus are presented in contrasting colours.
- Staff can read menus to customers if requested.
- The type of food served here is hot and cold Subway sandwiches and salads.
- Takeaway cups are available.

Seating Area (Food Court)
- The seating area is located in the centre of the services building.
- There is step-free access to the seating area.
- There is sufficient space for a wheelchair user to use the seating area.
- In this area there are tables, high tables, booths, bench seats, high stools and chairs without armrests available.
- Some chairs are fixed to the floor.
- Tables are not permanently fixed to the floor.
- The standard height for the underside of tables is 73cm.
- The surface height of the tables is 94cm.
- Music is played everywhere.
- Lighting levels are moderate to good.
