Summary

Getting Help and Assistance View
- Open 7am-7pm seven days a week.
- There is a member of staff available for help and assistance.
- Water bowls for assistance dogs are available on request from the main building.
- There is not a hearing assistance system.
Access View
- Subway is located ahead after you enter the services building.
- There is step-free access to Subway.
- The entrance area is clearly signed.

Toilet Facilities View
- The Changing Places facility is located to the left after entering the services building.
- Accessible toilet facilities are located to the left after entering the services building.

Service and Menus View
- There is a counter where food and drink can be ordered and a self service counter.
- Customers order and collect from the counter.
  There is a self-service drinks machine available.
- Staff cannot bring food and/or drinks to tables.
- Menu types include; picture wall menus and written wall menus.
- Menus are clearly written.
- Menus are presented in contrasting colours.
- The type of food served here is hot and cold snacks.
- Takeaway cups are available.
- Adapted cups are not available.
- Adapted cutlery is not available.
- Drinking straws are available.
- Music is played everywhere.
- There is not a hearing assistance system .
Self-Service Touchscreens View

The seating area is located in the centre of the services building.
There is step-free access to the seating area.
There is sufficient space for a wheelchair user to use the seating area.
In this area there are sofas, bench seats, high stools, tables, a mixture of chairs with and without armrests and high tables available.
Some chairs are fixed to the floor.
Tables are not permanently fixed to the floor.
The standard height for the underside of tables is 72cm.
The surface height of the tables is 94cm.
Music is played everywhere.
There is flooring which is shiny and could cause issues with glare or look slippery to some people.
There is some flooring which includes patterns or colours which could be confusing or look like steps or holes to some people.
Lighting levels are moderate to good.
