Summary

Getting Help and Assistance View
- Opening times are 12:00 - 19:00 daily.
- There is a member of staff available for help and assistance.
- Water bowls for assistance dogs are available on request from the main building.
- There is not a hearing assistance system.
Access View
- Chopstix Noodle Bar is located to the left from the services building side entrance.
- There is step-free access to Chopstix Noodle Bar.
- The entrance area is clearly signed.
- There is a dark mat or floor marking at this entrance area which may look like a hole to some people.
- Moveable queue barriers are in place for customers to queue before ordering.
  The barriers do contrast visually with the flooring.

Toilet Facilities View
- The Changing Places facility is located at the rear of the services building, between Burger King and Subway.

Service and Menus View
- There is a counter where food and drink can be ordered.
- Customers place their order at the right hand side of the counter and then continue to the left hand side of the counter to pay and collect.
- Staff can bring food and/or drinks to tables.
- Menu types include; written wall menus.
- Menus are clearly written.
- Menus are presented in contrasting colours.
- Staff can read menus to customers if requested.
- The type of food served here is Chinese.
- Takeaway cups are available.
- Adapted cups are not available.
- Adapted cutlery is not available.
- Drinking straws are available.
- There is not a hearing assistance system .
Self-Service Touchscreens View
- Self-service touchscreens are not available for ordering.
Service Counter View
- The height of the counter is 90cm.
- There is not a lowered section of the counter.
- There are windows, TVs, glazed screens or mirrors at/behind the counter.
- The counter is not placed in front of a plain background.
- There is a moveable card machine available for payment.

The seating area is located ahead from the services building front entrance.
There is step-free access to the seating area.
There is sufficient space for a wheelchair user to use the seating area.
In this area there are bench seats, booths, chairs without armrests and tables available.
Some chairs are fixed to the floor.
Tables are not permanently fixed to the floor.
The standard height for the underside of tables is 73cm.
Music is played everywhere.
There is some flooring which is shiny and could cause issues with glare or look slippery to some people.
Lighting levels are good.
There is a Baby Zone with a microwave for preparing baby food. The height of the zone counter is 91cm.
