- The entrance area is clearly signed.

Service and Menus

- There is a counter where food and drink can be ordered.
- Customers place and pay for orders at the tills at the centre of the counter.
Orders are collected from the right end of the counter. - Staff can bring food and/or drinks to tables.
- Menu types include; written wall menus.
- Menus are clearly written.
- Menus are presented in contrasting colours.
- Staff can read menus to customers if requested.
- The type of food served here is hot and cold snacks.
- Takeaway cups are available.
- Adapted cups are not available.
- Adapted cutlery is not available.
- Drinking straws are available.
- There is not a hearing assistance system .

- There are some tables which are accessible to wheelchair users.
- In this area there are high tables, chairs without armrests, bench seats, high stools, coffee tables and tables available.
- Some chairs are fixed to the floor.
- Some tables are fixed to the floor.
- The height between the floor and the underside of the lowest table is 71cm.
- The distance between the floor and the underside of the highest table is 73cm.
- The surface height of the lowest table is 45cm.
- The surface height of the highest table is 105cm.
- There is some flooring which is shiny and could cause issues with glare or look slippery to some people.
- The lighting levels are varied.
Seating Area
- The seating area is located ahead from the services building front entrance.
- There is step-free access to the seating area.
- There is sufficient space for a wheelchair user to use the seating area.
- In this area there are bench seats, booths, chairs without armrests and tables available.
- Some chairs are fixed to the floor.
- Tables are not permanently fixed to the floor.
- The standard height for the underside of tables is 73cm.
- Music is played everywhere.
- There is some flooring which is shiny and could cause issues with glare or look slippery to some people.
- Lighting levels are good.
- There is a Baby Zone with a microwave for preparing baby food. The height of the zone counter is 91cm.
