- Opening times are 06:00 - 23:00 daily.
- There is a member of staff available for help and assistance.

- There is step-free access to Starbucks .
- The entrance area is clearly signed.
- There is a dark mat or floor marking at this entrance area which may look like a hole to some people.

Service and Menus

- There is a counter where food and drink can be ordered.
- Customers place, pay for and collect orders at the counter.
- Staff can bring food and/or drinks to tables.
- Menu types include; written wall menus and picture wall menus.
- Menus are clearly written.
- Menus are presented in contrasting colours.
- Staff can read menus to customers if requested.
- The type of food served here is hot and cold snacks.
- Takeaway cups are available.
- Adapted cups are not available.
- Adapted cutlery is not available.
- Drinking straws are available.
- There is not a hearing assistance system .

- The height of the counter is 92cm.
- There is not a lowered section of the counter.
- There are no windows, TVs, glazed screens or mirrors at/behind the counter.
- The counter is not placed in front of a plain background.
- There is a moveable card machine available for payment.

Seating Area
View
- There are tables opposite the counter as shown in photographs 4 and 5.
The surface height ranges from 73cm - 105cm.
There is also bench seating with tables at a surface height 74cm above the floor.
There is additional seating at coffee tables.
The coffee tables have a surface height 45cm above the floor.

Seating Area
- The seating area is located ahead from the services building front entrance.
- There is step-free access to the seating area.
- There is sufficient space for a wheelchair user to use the seating area.
- In this area there are bench seats, high stools, chairs without armrests, booths, tables, long tables and high tables available.
- Some chairs are fixed to the floor.
- Tables are not permanently fixed to the floor.
- The standard height for the underside of tables is 73cm.
- Music is played everywhere.
- There is some flooring which is shiny and could cause issues with glare or look slippery to some people.
- Lighting levels are good.
