Service and Menus

- There is a counter where food and drink can be ordered.
- Moveable queue barriers are in place for customers to queue before ordering.
The barriers do contrast visually with the flooring.
Customer orders are placed at the order point on the right.
Orders are announced, then paid for and collected from the till point on the left. - Staff can bring food and/or drinks to tables.
- Menu types include; written wall menus.
- Menus are clearly written.
- Menus are presented in contrasting colours.
- Staff can read menus to customers if requested.
- The type of food served here is breakfasts only.
- Takeaway cups are available.
- Adapted cups are not available.
- Adapted cutlery is not available.
- Drinking straws are available.
- Music is played everywhere.
- There is not a hearing assistance system .
- Hand sanitiser is available at the payment counter.

Service Counter

- The height of the counter is 110cm.
- There is a lowered section of the counter.
- The height of the lowered section at the counter is 85cm.
- There is not a clear knee recess beneath the lowered section of the counter.
- There are no windows, TVs, glazed screens or mirrors at/behind the counter.
- The counter is not placed in front of a plain background.
- There is not a moveable card machine available for payment.
- The lighting levels are good.
Seating Area
- The seating area is located ahead from the services building front entrance.
- There is step-free access to the seating area.
- There is sufficient space for a wheelchair user to use the seating area.
- In this area there are bench seats, high stools, chairs without armrests, booths, tables, long tables and high tables available.
- Some chairs are fixed to the floor.
- Tables are not permanently fixed to the floor.
- The standard height for the underside of tables is 73cm.
- Music is played everywhere.
- There is some flooring which is shiny and could cause issues with glare or look slippery to some people.
- Lighting levels are good.
