- Subway is open daily from 07:00 - 18:00, however hours may vary at weekends.
- There is a member of staff available for help and assistance.
- Water bowls for assistance dogs are available on request from the main building.

- Subway is located ahead and to the right when entering the services from the front entrance.
- There is step-free access to Subway.
- The entrance area is clearly signed.
- There is a dark mat or floor marking at this entrance area which may look like a hole to some people.

- There is a counter where food and drink can be ordered.
- Orders are placed at the service counter and a member of staff will advise you when your order is ready.
- Staff cannot bring food and/or drinks to tables.
- Menu types include; written wall menus and picture wall menus.

- Menus are presented in contrasting colours.
- Staff can read menus to customers if requested.
- The type of food served here is hot and cold subway sandwiches and snacks.

- The seating area is located ahead and to the right when entering from the front entrance.
- There is step-free access to the seating area.
- There is sufficient space for a wheelchair user to use the seating area.
- In this area there are tables, chairs without armrests and picnic tables with fixed seating available.
- Some chairs are fixed to tables.
- Tables are not permanently fixed to the floor.
- The distance between the floor and the underside of the lowest table is 64cm.
- The distance between the floor and the underside of the highest table is 73cm.
- The standard height for the underside of tables is 73cm.
- The surface height of the tables is 74cm.
- There is some flooring which is shiny and could cause issues with glare or look slippery to some people.
