- There is a food and drink ordering touchscreen and a counter where food and drink can be ordered.
- Food and drink can be either ordered from the counter or the self-service touchscreens and collected from the counter.
Customers are either notified by staff or on a tv screen. - Staff can bring food and/or drinks to tables.
- Menu types include; written wall menus and picture wall menus.
- Menus are clearly written.
- Menus are presented in contrasting colours.
- Staff can read menus to customers if requested.
