  • There are 2 car parks located at the stadium; Car Park 1 and Car Park 1A.
  • Car Park 1 is for the use of hospitality guests only.
  • Car Park 1A is the dedicated accessible car park, situated on the south Loop Road alongside Bridge 4.
  • Car Park 1A will open three hours prior to kick-off and close during the match at the 80th minute.
  • This car park is for ticket holders only.
  • There are a total of 49 allocated Blue Badge parking spaces, with 6 being allocated to away supporters.
  • The 43 home supporter bays are allocated on a seasonal basis.
  • Visiting supporters will need to book a space in advance and all spaces are subject to availability.
  • There are 2 spaces which are also available upon request in Car Park 1A for commercial vehicles with hoists.

Away Supporters Coach Park

  • The Away Supporters Coach Park is located at the junction of Pudding Mill Lane and Barbers Road.
  • It is approached from Stratford High Street eastbound using Marshgate Street and Pudding Mill Lane.
  • The coach park is large and level.
  • The surface is tarmac with some hatch-marked walkways.
  • The vehicle entrance/exit is also used for pedestrians and has stewards present on matchdays.

Shuttle Bus Service

  • The club provides a shuttle bus service on every home matchday, to assist disabled supporters and fans with accessibility requirements travelling to and from the stadium.
  • Pre-match - the shuttle bus service will pick up supporters from the following points; Stratford Station, Stratford International Station and the away supporters coach park.
  • Supporters will then be dropped off at the stadium, alongside the Stadium Store and CafĂ©.
  • Post-match - after the match the shuttle bus service will collect supporters from the Stadium Store and drop off at the same pick up points.
