Shopmobility

  • The Shopmobility services are provided at both the Lower Ground Floor Guest Services counter, either next Costa or near the Stratford Station entrance.
  • Manual wheelchairs and motorised scooters are available to hire.
  • You'll need to leave your name and a contact phone number and show proof of identification - a valid passport or two of the following: valid driver's licence, valid ID card, pension card or a health care card.
  • If you require us to meet you at your car, please telephone 020 8221 7377 or 020 8221 7359 (mall opening hours only). Please ensure you have your car registration and car park aisle to help our team get to you as quickly as possible.
  • The best place for Shopmobility users (with vehicles below 2.2m in height) to park is Car Park C, close to the central lift lobby area.

Guest Services Counter (Guest Services - Lower Ground Floor - Near Costa)

  • Counter View
    • The counter is located near Costa.
    • There is step-free access to the counter.
    • There is a clear unobstructed route to the counter.
    • There are no windows, TVs, glazed screens or mirrors behind the counter which could adversely affect the ability of someone to lip read.
    • The counter is placed in front of a background which is patterned.
    • The lighting levels at the counter are good.
    • The height of the counter is 110cm.
    • There is sufficient space to write or sign documents on the counter.
    • There is a lowered section of the counter.
    • The height of the lowered section of the counter is 85cm.
    • There is sufficient space to write or sign documents on the lowered section of the counter.
    • There is not a clear knee recess beneath the low/lowered section of the counter.
    • There is a clear list of services at the counter.
    • There is not a digital wayfinding touchscreen at the counter.
    • There is a hearing assistance system at the counter.
    • The type of system is a portable loop.
    • The hearing assistance system is signed.
    • Staff are trained to use the system.
    • The type of flooring in this area is tiles.
  • Waiting Area View
