Getting Here

  • By Road View
    • The Championships are held at The All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club, which is located at: The All England Lawn Tennis Club, Church Road, Wimbledon, London SW19 5AE.
      Please use SW19 5AG and SW19 5AF to locate the AELTC via Sat-Nav.
      All visitors are strongly advised to use public transport services wherever possible.
    • The car parks are numbers 3, 4, 5, 6, 8 and 10, they are located on Wimbledon Park Road, Church Road and Somerset Road.
      Blue Badge Parking is available in car parks 6 and 10.
      There are designated Blue Badge drop off points located on Somerset Road outside Gate 13 and on Wimbledon Park Road outside Gate 1.
      A Park and Ride scheme is available (06:30-23:00) at Morden Park.
      The park and ride stop at The Championships is located on the corner of Somerset Road and Marryat Road.

Parking, Bus Stops and Drop Off

The Queue

  • The queue begins in Wimbledon Park.
  • On arrival visitors will be given a queue card, which is numbered to show their position in the queue.
  • The queue is long but the amount of time queuing will vary.
  • The path has a plastic mat surface.
  • There are toilet and refreshment facilities along the route.
  • For visitors who require assistance staff can transport them to the waiting area, near to the ticket structure, where they can wait until their queue card number is called.
  • There is a slight slope into the ticketing area.
  • The ticketing desks are height adjustable.
  • There is a slight slope to exit the ticketing area.
  • There is a family room located after the ticketing area.

Gate 1

  • Gate 1 is located on Church Road.

Gate 3

  • Gate 3 is accessed via the queue, which should be joined in Wimbledon Park.
  • Mobility access is provided by buggy via the Search facility to entry point at Gate 3 (in strict queue order, although a dedicated covered waiting area is provided for wheelchair users and their companions).
  • Gate 3 is located on Church Road.
  • Gate 3 is for non ticket holders.
  • The nearest tube station is Southfields, approximately 1370m away.
  • The surface around the gate is tarmac becoming block paving in front of the kiosks.
  • The pedestrian access gate is 2m wide.

  • There is a very easy slope located on St Mary's Walk between No.3 Court and Court 4.

  • Next to No.12 Court there is slight slope which overcomes 11 steps leading to the rear of No.12 Court and the Southern Village.
  • The flooring around the Southern Village is wooden boards.
  • There is picnic bench seating available.
  • The are sunloungers near to the big screen.
  • The Pizzeria, Mac & Cheese, Bar, Vodafone Connection Hub, American Express Tennis Fan Experience and Polo Ralph Lauren Store, are located in the Southern Village.

  • The quiet room is located next to Court 12 and there is step-free access to the quiet room.

North Concourse. Arbour Walk and Walled Garden

  • North Concourse. Arbour Walk and Walled Garden are located at the centre of the grounds.

  • Centre Court can be accessed via the North Concourse.

  • There is a slight slope leading up to the designated wheelchair platform and the tier above, this bypasses the steps, which are located next to Court 18.

Aorangi Area

  • There is a path leading from the Aorangi area between No.1 Court and The Hill to St Mary's Walk.
  • There is an information kiosk located in the Aorangi Area near No.1 Court and there is a short steep slope to access the kiosk.
  • The Aorangi area is located at the rear of No.1 Court.
  • There is a long, slight slope leading down from No.1 Court and the Hill, and leading up from The Parkside to Aorangi Area.

Quiet Room - Southern Village

  • The Quiet Room is located at the rear of No.12 Court in the Southern Village.

  • The door to the room opens towards you and is 77cm wide.
  • There is a small lip in the doorway.
  • The surface of the flooring in the room is carpet.

  • The stand on the east side of Court 12 seating is accessed by 4 clearly marked steps.
  • Once out into the seating area there are 1 to 2 steps to access the seating rows on the east side of the court.
  • The main stand on the west side of Court 12's seating has either slight ramp or 11 clearly marked steps leading to rear of the stand and to the access points to the seating.
