- The Infirmary is an interactive exhibition to explore the history, science, art and technology which combine to tell the story of the Worcester Infirmary, later the Worcester Royal Infirmary (WRI).
- Sir Charles Hastings formed the organisation which became the British Medical Association in this building.
- The displays and interactive exhibits show techniques and advances in medicine and tell the stories of individuals who worked in the WRI. There are a number of audio and audio-visual exhibits telling of specific times in history and a section about early mental health care at Powick Hospital.
- Visitors are encouraged to add their own stories.
