Camping and Caravanning

Reception

  • The reception is located to the left hand side, on entering the campsite.
  • The distance from the entrance gates is 6m.
  • The most accessible route to reception has uneven surfaces.
  • There is stepped access to reception.
  • There are 2 steps with no handrails.
  • The steps are unmarked.
  • The height of the highest step is 12cm.
  • The height of the reception desk is 96cm.
  • There is not a lowered section at the desk.
  • There is not a hearing assistance system.
  • There is no (or very little) background noise in this area.
