Getting To (Pre-Op Assessment)
- The most accessible route from car park 2 has step-free level access and a dropped kerb with tactile paving.

- Access to Pre-Op Assessment is via the entrance (Entrance 1).
- There is a drop-off point at this entrance.
- The Pre-Op Assessment Unit is located in Yellow Zone.
- The Pre-Op Assessment Unit is approximately 85m from the entrance (Entrance 1).
- Enter via Entrance 1 and turn left onto the main corridor.
- Continue ahead and turn right down the corridor towards the Yellow and Green Zones.
- Follow the corridor to the end and turn left.
- Follow the corridor to the end and turn right.
- The entrance to Yellow Zone is ahead.
- Pass through the entrance to Yellow Zone and Pre-Op Assessment is ahead.
- Internally the most accessible route has step-free level access and doors permanently held open.
- Some flooring along the route is shiny and patterned.
- There are resting areas along the route.
- Wayfinding signage is provided.
- Signage is clearly visible with high contrasting colours.
- The following toilet facilities are available along the route; a toilet with adaptations (with right hand transfer).

- The car park is located to the left from the Lake Street vehicle entrance to Leigh Infirmary.
