Getting To (X-Ray Department)
- The most accessible route from car park 2 has a slight ramp or slope and a dropped kerb with tactile paving.

- Access to the X-Ray Department is via the entrance (Entrance 1).
- There is a drop-off point at this entrance.
- The X-Ray Department is located in the Green Zone at the rear of Leigh Infirmary.
- The X-Ray Department is approximately 130m from the entrance (Entrance 1).
- Enter via Entrance 1 and turn left onto the main corridor.
- Continue ahead and turn right down the corridor towards the Yellow and Green Zones.
- Follow the corridor to the end and turn right.
- Continue to the end of the corridor and the entrance to the X-Ray Department is on the left.
- Internally the most accessible route has step-free level access and doors permanently held open.
- Some flooring along the route is shiny and patterned.
- There are not resting areas along the route.
- Wayfinding signage is provided.
- Signage is clearly visible with high contrasting colours.
- The following toilet facilities are available along the route; a toilet with adaptations (with left hand transfer), a toilet with adaptations (with right hand transfer) and standard toilets.
