Getting To (General Office and Cashier Office)
- The General Office and Cashier Office is/are located on level 2 of the hospital.
- There is step free access to the General Office and Cashier Office.
- The General Office and Cashier Office is approximately 15m from the Entrance 1.

- Access to the General Office and Cashier Office is via the Entrance 1.

- Exit the car park via the dropped kerbs next to the Blue Badge bays and proceed ahead.
The main hospital entrance - Entrance 1, will be on the right.
There is a slight slope leading to this entrance. - Enter the hospital via Entrance 1 and turn left and follow the corridor round to the right.
Proceed along the corridor.
The General Office and Cashier Office is located on the left. - The following toilet facilities are available along the route; standard toilets.

- Wayfinding signage is provided.
- Dementia friendly signage is not provided.
- There is some flooring in corridors which is shiny and could cause issues with glare or look slippery to some people.
Counter (General Office and Cashier Office)
- The General Office and Cashier Office is located on level 2, on the left of the main hospital corridor.
- The counter is approximately 12m (13yd 4in) from the Entrance 1.
- Clear signage for the counter is not visible from the entrance.
- There is step free access to the counter.
- There is a clear unobstructed route to the counter.
- There are windows, glazed screens or mirrors behind the counter which could adversely affect the ability of someone to lip read.
- The counter is not placed in front of a background which is patterned.
- The lighting levels at the counter are good.
- The height of the counter is medium height (77cm - 109cm).
- There is sufficient space to write or sign documents on the counter.
- There is a low section of the counter (76cm or below) available.
- There is sufficient space to write or sign documents on the low section of the counter.
- The counter is staffed.
- There is a bell to attract attention.
- The bell is at a suitable height for a wheelchair user.
- There is not a hearing assistance system.
