Getting To The Hospital (Bridlington Hospital)

By Road
View
- Bridlington Hospital is located on the A165, Bessingby Road, on the outskirts of Bridlington. The main routes into Bridlington are the A614 from the north or the A615 from the south. At the traffic lights at the intersection of the A614/A615, turn left if traveling on the A615 or right if traveling on the A614, the hospital is then approximately 100m on the left.
- There are 3 main visitor car parks. Parking directly outside the hospital is for Blue Badge holders only, with the exception of 3 drop off points located to the right of the hospital main entrance right entrance. There is also a staff car park at the rear left of the hospital which can be used as an overflow car park for visitors.

- There is a bus stop within the hospital grounds. The bus stop is served by bus no 3.

Getting Help and Assistance (Bridlington Hospital)

- There is not a Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) at the hospital.
- There are volunteers available for help and assistance at the hospital.
- Volunteers can be found in the Royal Voluntary Service shop.
- Documents are available in an alternative format and can be provided to include: Braille on request, large print on request, Makaton on request, different languages on request, voice recognition CD on request and audio on request.

- Enter via the hospital main right entrance and proceed down the main corridor for 5m. Then turn right into the front right corridor and proceed down the corridor for approximately 25m to the end. The Outpatients department will be ahead, at the very end of the corridor. Enter through the Outpatients entrance and proceed down the corridor to the rear left of the reception desk. Turn left at the end and follow the corridor for 3m. Waiting area A will be on the left and Consulting Room 2 Podiatry will be on the right.
- There is step free access to Podiatry.
- Podiatry is approximately 8m from the Outpatients department main entrance.
- There are not resting areas along the route.
