    • Guests with a red ride access pass are required to ride with a carer over the age of 14 years.
    • This ride has separate access for Standard Passes, Fastrack Passes, Ride Access Passes and wheelchair users.
    • The minimum standing height restriction is 1.4m.
    • This ride includes rigorous motion and / or velocity and is therefore not recommended for guests with back, heart or neck conditions.
    • This ride includes rigorous motion and / or velocity and is therefore not recommended for expectant mothers.
    • Wheelchair users must be able to transfer from their own chair into the ride vehicle without assistance.
    • For safety reasons, due to the speed and motion of this ride guests must be able to keep their head upright without assistance.
    • Due to the speed and motion of this ride guests must be able to brace themselves with their feet and remain sitting up right.
    • Guests who have a prosthetic limb will need to remove their prosthetic due to the nature of the ride. If you have a prosthetic, please speak to a member of the guest service team, or visit the website here (opens new tab) for all relevant restrictions that may apply.
    • Guests who have a plaster cast or brace should seek medical advice before choosing to ride. If guests choose to ride they should check they can meet the rides safety requirements.

Ride Access (Standard Passes)

  • Access Point View
    • This ride/attraction access point is signed.
    • There is ramped/sloped and stepped access at this access point.
    • This access point is an open gateway.
    • The width of the access point opening is 164cm.
  • Queuing System View
    • Access along this queue consists of; steps going up, steps going down, steep slopes going up and steep slopes going down.
    • The approximate length of this queue is 76m.
    • This queue can be extended during busy periods.
    • Path surfaces in this queuing system are block paving and rubber.
    • The queuing area is open air.
    • The minimum width of the queuing area is 98cm.
    • There are a total of 18 steps along this queue.
    • Steps are clearly marked.
    • Handrails along the ramped/sloped section(s) are not provided.
    • Handrails along the stepped section(s) vary between the left and right hand side or are not provided.
    • There are not any resting/seating areas along the queue.
    • Music/themed noise is played along the queue.
    • There is a facility where luggage and other loose items can be stored whilst on the ride, located at the convergence point of the queues, prior to the pre-show holding area. The counter is 91cm in height. Stored items can be collected on exiting the ride via a second counter of the same height.
  • Pre-Show Rooms View
    • At the end of the queue, there is level access to a 110cm opening leading into the first pre-show room. There are heavy black curtains covering the opening when entering the pre-show room. Guests line up in groups of 5 across a total of 8 lines in 4 groups. The pre-show involves being in a dark enclosed space with loud background noise in the form of narration. This may not be suitable for all guests. Following the first pre-show, guests exit via a single automatic door, then a set of double automatic doors (both with an opening widths of 75cm+) into a second pre-show space. This pre-show room simulates being in a lift and also involves being in a dark enclosed space with loud background noise in the form of narration. There is no option to bypass these two pre-show rooms. Following the second pre-show, guests exit via a set of 75cm+ double automatic doors and follow the walkway to the ride platform access point.

    • The gate opening width is 89cm.
    • Guests have to step up and into the carriage.
    • The carriage is secure and will not move when guests are transferring.

    • The restraints for this ride/attraction include: lap bars.

This pre-show room simulates being in a lift and also involves being in a dark enclosed space with loud background noise in the form of narration. Ride/Attraction Experience

Ride Exit

    • Staff are unable to provide assistance when transferring out of/off the ride/attraction.
    • Access from the platform is via an open doorway.
    • The door(s) is/are activated remotely by staff.
    • The opening width is 88cm.
    • Following the ride, there is a post-show room that simulates a lift. There is level access to a set of double, automatic doors with an opening width of 75cm+ leading into the post-show room. The post-show room involves loud themed background noise as well as a floor that bounces/vibrates. This may not be suitable for all guests. It is possible to bypass the post-show room.
  • Exit Route View
    • Access along this exit route consists of; steep slopes going down.
    • The approximate length of this exit route is 45m.
    • Path surfaces in this exit route are block paving and metal.
    • Handrails along the ramped/sloped section(s) are not provided.
    • There are not any resting/seating areas along the exit route.
    • Music/themed noise is played along the exit route.
    • The exit route is also part of the experience in the form of a scare maze.
