Ride/Attraction Summary

    • TH13RTEEN is located in Dark Forest.

    • Guests with a red ride access pass are required to ride with a carer over the age of 14 years.
    • This ride has separate access for Standard Passes, Ride Access Passes and Fastrack Passes.
    • The minimum standing height restriction is 1.2m.
    • The maximum standing height restriction is 1.96m.
    • This ride includes rigorous motion and / or velocity and is therefore not recommended for guests with back, heart or neck conditions.
    • This ride includes rigorous motion and / or velocity and is therefore not recommended for expectant mothers.
    • Guests can transfer from their own wheelchair into the ride vehicle. Guests can be supported to do this, but not carried.
    • For safety reasons, due to the speed and motion of this ride guests must be able to keep their head upright without assistance.
    • Due to the speed and motion of this ride guests must be able to brace themselves with their feet and remain sitting up right.
    • Guests who have a plaster cast or brace should seek medical advice before choosing to ride. If guests choose to ride they should check they can meet the rides safety requirements.
    • The ride has strong magnetic fields and is therefore not suitable for guests with implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs) or pacemakers.
    • This ride includes flashing lights and as a result may not be suitable for all guests.
    • The seats for this attraction have a lap bar which can be restrictive, please speak to a member of staff for further assistance.
    • Ambulant disabled guests can use the left-hand queue and the Fast Track steps to access the ride.

Ride Access (Standard Passes)

  • Access Point View
    • This ride/attraction access point is signed.
    • There is step-free access at this access point.
    • This access point is an open gateway.
    • The width of the access point opening is 138cm.
    • After passing through the TH13TEEN opening the path divides into 2 channels.
      The main queue is to the left and the Fastrack Pass/Ride Access Pass queue is to the right.

    • The approximate length of this queue is 400m.
    • Path surfaces in this queuing system are tarmac and concrete.
    • The queuing area is open air with some sheltered parts.
    • The minimum width of the queuing area is 100cm.
    • There are a total of 35 steps along this queue.
    • Steps are clearly marked.
    • Handrails along the ramped/sloped section(s) are not provided.
    • Handrails along the stepped section(s) are on the left hand side.
    • There are not any resting/seating areas along the queue.
    • Music/themed noise is played along the queue.
    • There are some points of the queuing area which have low lighting/darkness.
    • There is stepped access to the ride station via a footbridge.

    • The queuing area is open air.
    • The minimum width of the queuing area is 78cm.
    • There are a total of 35 steps along this queue.
    • Steps are clearly marked.
    • Handrails along the ramped/sloped section(s) are not provided.
    • Handrails along the stepped section(s) are on the right hand side for some sections but not provided for others.
    • There are not any resting/seating areas along the queue.
    • Music/themed noise is played along the queue.
    • There are some points of the queuing area which have low lighting/darkness.
    • There is a split before the ride station where the Fastrack Passes and Ride Access Passes go into separate channels.
      The Fastrack Passes queue is to the left at the split.
      The Fastrack queue then runs parallel to the main queue with stepped access to the ride station via a footbridge.

    • Ambulant Ride Access Pass users can enter the station via the FastTrack route (left-hand path at the split and stairs up) and automatic gates.

    • The approximate length of this queue is 150m.
    • Path surfaces in this queuing system are tarmac and concrete.
    • The queuing area is open air.
    • The minimum width of the queuing area is 83cm.
    • Handrails along the stepped section(s) are on both sides for some sections but not provided for others.
    • There are not any resting/seating areas along the queue.
    • Music/themed noise is played along the queue.
    • There is a split before the ride station where the Fastrack Passes and Ride Access Passes go into separate channels.
      The Ride Access Pass queue is to the right at the split.
      Ride Access Pass holders then access the ride station via the ride exit platform to avoid the stepped access to the boarding platform via a footbridge.
      Access up to the exit platform is via a ramp or 3 steps (photographs 11 to 13).
      The steps have handrails on both sides and the first 2 are clearly marked.
