About King's Hall Leisure Centre

King’s Hall Leisure Centre is located between Hackney Central and Homerton and is the site of the former Hackney Baths which date back to 1897. The swimming area, which was originally the site of the men’s pool, features a 25 metre swimming pool alongside a smaller learning pool used for swimming lessons.  The original site of the women’s pool now features a three badminton court sports hall which is also used for football, netball, basketball and a variety of sports. Two fitness studios also mean there are plenty of classes on offer to the local residents and members. The centre also features a large gym, which was refurbished in 2022, as well as a smaller programmable gym space which can host junior and women’s only gym sessions. There’s also a health suite (sauna and steam) which is very popular with customers.
