Introduction
- This guide gives parking information for the short stay car park and route information from the car park to the Terminal Building.
- The route from the car park is temporary while construction work is completed on the new access route (due November 2023).
Parking
- The venue does have its own car park.
- Parking is not free for all users.
- Parking is not free for Blue Badge holders.
- The car park is located off North Side Road.
- The car park type is open air/surface.
- Parking spaces for Blue Badge holders do not need to be booked in advance.

Blue Badge Bays To Access Road Crossing
- Access to the walkway is located at the end of the row of Blue Badge bays.
- Upon crossing the road there is a steep ramp with handrails on both sides.
- Continue straight ahead towards the entrance door into the multi-storey car park where there are two doors, the first one is 95cm wide and the second is 96cm width and there is a lip of more than 2cm on both doors.
- Follow the blue path through the multi-storey car park and take the temporary route to the left of the lift, then turn right up a steep ramp under a glass walkway.
- At the top of the slope turn left through the marked off car park and turn right up a steep ramp towards the temporary pedestrian crossing.
- The crossings have dropped kerbs with tactile paving on each side.
- The surface levels off at the top of the ramp before the crossing.
Access Road Crossing To Terminal Building
- The access road crossing has dropped kerbs on each side with tactile paving.
- After the crossing turn right and continue up the first of two steep ramps.
- The surface is now block paving.
- At the top of the first ramp turn left and go straight up the second ramp and then turn right towards the crossing over the bus pick-up and drop-off areas.
- The surface levels out at the top of the ramp.
- The pedestrian crossing has dropped kerbs on either side with tactile paving and the surface then becomes flagstones leading to the Departures entrance.
