Accessibility Overview

Hilton Malta offers generally good accessibility, with step-free level access at the main entrance, to all bedrooms and throughout the majority of the hotel. Lifts provide access between floors, although some facilities and seating areas have stepped access or require the use of slopes and ramps. 

The hotel has 413 bedrooms, including 9 adapted bedrooms, all with step-free access. Adapted rooms have accessible ensuites with wheel-in showers and baths, and features can include grab rails, shower seats, emergency alarms, flashing fire alarms and TVs with subtitles. Assistance dogs are also welcome.

There are 7 adapted toilets throughout the hotel, along with adapted changing and shower facilities by the indoor pool. A public car park is located next to the hotel with designated Blue Badge bays, and there is a designated drop-off point outside the entrance. A portable hearing assistance system is available, along with equipment including a portable hoist, vibrating pillows and a shower chair. Guests should be aware that some routes have uneven surfaces, narrow walkways, ramps, shiny or patterned flooring and varying lighting levels.
