About Broadway

ABOUT BROADWAY

Located in the heart of Nottingham’s cultural quarter in Hockley, Broadway Cinema is a four-screen independent cinema with a difference. Featuring a screen designed by Sir Paul Smith, it is home to two beautiful Café Bars serving a varied menu, an Arts Council England funded Gallery space, and filled with a rich history dating back to the mid-1800s. As a charity with a mission to inspire creativity and a lifelong love of film, Broadway Cinema offers a unique cinematic experience.

TRAVELLING BY BUS

If you are travelling by bus from outside the city centre, the closest bus stops are located at Fletcher Gate, or Lower Parliament Street. To find out if your service visits one of these stops, please visit the NCT website.

TRAVELLING BY TRAM

Tram stops are located at the top of Hockley on Fletcher Gate (Lace Market tram stop). Please note, NET's £3 Event Ticket offer has now been discontinued - standard ticket prices apply. Find your nearest tram stop.

TRAVELLING BY CAR

Customers can securely park at the Lace Market Car Park (NG1 1QE) or Broad Marsh Car Park (NG1 7FE) - both of which are £5* for four hours for Broadway customers. You will need to validate your parking ticket at our Box Office, allowing you to automatically get the reduced price at the car park pay stations. Present your parking ticket to the box office assistant before or after the film and they will encode it for you.

*Price increase from £4 to £5 as of 8 April 2024.

TRAVELLING BY BIKE

There are a limited number of bike racks located outside on our terrace, and there are also a number located on Goose Gate just at the end of Broad Street.
