Getting Here

  • By Road View
    • The campus is accessed off the N1 / Drumcondra Road.
      If you are coming from the North, the campus will be on your right, approximately 650m after the R102 junction.
      If you are coming from the South, the campus will be on your left, approximately 500m after the Drumcondra rail station.
    • There are car parks located around the campus. Most of these are for staff permit holders only.
      There is pay and display visitor parking between the Dublin Education Centre and the Student Residences.

Route in D Block from B Block Car Park Entrance

  • To access the D Block entrance it is necessary to turn left on entrance and access the canteen shown in photographs 1 and 2.
  • Once inside the canteen head to the far right corner and head through two sets of push pad automatic doors the first shown in photograph 3 has a width of 150cm and the second shown in photograph 4 has a width of 155cm.
  • There is then a small cloistered walkway leading to D Block.

Entrance (C Block)

Access into D Block from G Block

  • Upon entering G Block turn left on entrance from the main entrance, or right on entrance from the Car park entrance and head into F Block.
  • To access F block there are 3 heavy, single doors that open towards you with a width of 79cm.
  • There are small lips on the thresholds of these doors.
  • Upon entering F Block turn left and head towards the corridor leading to the first floor entrance into D Block.
  • It is also possible to access this entrance from F Block.
  • It is also possible to access D Block via E Block and C Block however more direct routes into D Block are from A Block and F Block.
