Getting Here

  • By Road View
    • The campus is accessed off the N1 / Drumcondra Road.
      If you are coming from the North, the campus will be on your right, approximately 650m after the R102 junction.
      If you are coming from the South, the campus will be on your left, approximately 500m after the Drumcondra rail station.
    • There are car parks located around the campus. Most of these are for staff permit holders only.
      There is pay and display visitor parking between the Dublin Education Centre and the Student Residences.
  • By Bus View
    • There are several bus stops for the College along Drumcondra Road.
      These serve routes 1, 11, 13, 16, 16C, 33, 33-N, 41, 41-A 41B, 41C, 44, 180, 740, 900, 901, 904, 910 and 980.

Route from the A Block Main Entrance to F Block

  • On entering the building turn left past both the Auditorium and A Block entrances into B Block.
  • Head up the 7 medium, clearly marked steps with a handrail shown in photograph 1 to the left separating the A Block and B Block corridor.
  • Alternatively use the platform lift shown in photograph 2.
  • The dimensions of the platform lift are 88cm x 107cm and a key is required for use.
  • Continue along the corridor directly in front of you shown in photograph 3.
  • At the end turn right and look for a small corridor to your left, as shown in photograph 4.
  • At the end of this corridor is the ground floor entrance from D Block into F Block, shown in photograph 5.
  • For the first floor entrance please use the lift located in this small corridor.
  • Staff assistance is needed to use the lift shown in photographs 6 and 7.
