Getting Help and Assistance View
- There is a member of staff available for help and assistance.
- British Sign Language interpreters cannot be provided on request.

Access View
- Deep Blue Fish and Chips is located 20m to the left as you enter the motorway services food hall.
- There is step-free access to restaurant.

Toilet Facilities View
- The Changing Places facility is located at the rear of the food hall.

Service and Menus View
- There is a food and drink ordering touchscreen and a counter where food and drink can be ordered.
- Customers can order food from self services touch screen and will be called when customer number is ready. Food can also be ordered directly at the counter.
- Staff cannot bring food and/or drinks to tables.
- Menu types include; written wall menus.
- Menus are clearly written.
- Menus are presented in contrasting colours.
- Staff can read menus to customers if requested.
- The type of food served here is Modern Fish and Chips and drinks.
- Plastic/takeaway cups are available.

- The touchscreens do not have tent cards which you can use to get food and drink delivered to tables.
Service Counter View
- The height of the counter is 120cm.
- There is not a lowered section of the counter.
- There are no windows, TVs, glazed screens or mirrors at/behind the counter.
- The counter is not placed in front of a plain background.
- There is a moveable card machine available for payment.
- The lighting levels are good.

The seating area is located in the middle of the food hall.
There is step-free access to the seating area.
There is sufficient space for a wheelchair user to use the seating area.
In this area there are high stools, chairs without armrests, high tables, armchairs, tables, sofas and bench seats available.
Some chairs are fixed to the floor and each other.
Some tables are fixed to the floor.
The standard height for the underside of tables is 74cm.
The surface height of the highest table is 108cm.
Music is played everywhere.
There is some flooring which is shiny and could cause issues with glare or look slippery to some people.
Lighting levels are moderate to good.

The seating area is located to the left as you enter, between Starbucks and M&S Simply Food.

In this area there are tables and chairs without armrests available.
