- Deep Blue is open 10:00 - 21:00 Monday to Thursday, and 08:00 - 21:00 Friday to Sunday.
- There is a member of staff available for help and assistance.
- British Sign Language interpreters cannot be provided on request.
- Water bowls for assistance dogs are available on request from the main building.
- There is not a hearing assistance system.

Service and Menus

- There is a food and drink ordering touchscreen and a counter where food and drink can be ordered.
- Customers can order food from a self-service touchscreen and will be called to the counter when the order is ready, or order directly at the counter.
- Staff cannot bring food and/or drinks to tables.
- Menu types include; written wall menus.
- Menus are clearly written.
- Menus are presented in contrasting colours.
- Staff can read menus to customers if requested.
- The type of food served here is fast food.

- The counter is not placed in front of a plain background.
- There is a moveable card machine available for payment.
Seating Area (Main Seating Area)
- The seating area is located in the middle of the food hall.
- There is step-free access to the seating area.
- There is sufficient space for a wheelchair user to use the seating area.
- In this area there are tables, high tables, armchairs, sofas, bench seats, high stools and chairs without armrests available.
- Some chairs are fixed to the floor and each other.
- Some tables are fixed to the floor.
- The standard height for the underside of tables is 74cm.
- The surface height of the highest table is 108cm.
- Music is played everywhere.
- There is some flooring which is shiny and could cause issues with glare or look slippery to some people.
- Lighting levels are moderate to good.
