Summary

Getting Help and Assistance View
- There is a member of staff available for help and assistance.
- British Sign Language interpreters cannot be provided on request.

Access View
- El Mexicana is located to the right as you enter from main entrance.
- There is step-free access to El Mexicana.

Service and Menus View
- There is a counter where food and drink can be ordered.
- Food is ordered at the counter and customers are provide with a receipt/ticket. Staff will call numbers when food is ready for collection.
- Staff cannot bring food and/or drinks to tables.

In this area there are tables, high tables, high stools, a mixture of chairs with and without armrests and bench seats available.
Some chairs are fixed to the floor and each other.
Some tables are fixed to the floor.
The distance between the floor and the underside of the lowest table is 73cm.
The distance between the floor and the underside of the highest table is 108cm.
The standard height for the underside of tables is 73cm.
Music is played everywhere.
