Getting Help and Assistance

- Opening hours are Monday 08:00 - 1900, Tuesday 11:00 - 19:00, Wednesday 07:00 - 22:00, Thursday to Saturday 19:00 - 22:00, and Sunday 07:00 - 21:00.
- There is a member of staff available for help and assistance.
- Water bowls for assistance dogs are available on request from the main building.
- There is not a hearing assistance system.

- There is step-free access to Leon.

Service and Menus
View
- There is a food and drink ordering touchscreen and a counter where food and drink can be ordered.
- Customers can order at the counter or via touch screen.
Once ordered customers will receive an order number that it displayed on a screen when the food and drink is ready. - Staff can bring food and/or drinks to tables.
- Menu types include; written wall menus.
- Menus are clearly written.
- Menus are presented in contrasting colours.
- Staff can read menus to customers if requested.
- The type of food served here is hot and cold meals and snacks.
- Plastic/takeaway cups are available.
- Adapted cups are not available.
- Adapted cutlery is not available.
- Drinking straws are available.
- Background music is played throughout this area.
- There is not a hearing assistance system .

Self-Service Touchscreens

- Self-service touchscreens are available for ordering.
- The touchscreens are 120cm to 179cm from the floor.
- There is a button which will condense the screen content.
- The height of the button is 121cm from the floor.
- Once condensed the touchscreen heights are 120cm to 146cm from the floor.
- The lowest height of the touchscreen card machines is 100cm.
- The touchscreens do not have tent cards which you can use to get food and drink delivered to tables.

Service Counter

- The height of the counter is 96cm.
- There is not a lowered section of the counter.
- The height of the tray counter/rail is 75cm.
- There are windows, TVs, glazed screens or mirrors at/behind the counter.
- The counter is not placed in front of a plain background.
- There is a moveable card machine available for payment.

Seating Area

- There is step-free access throughout.
- There is sufficient space for a wheelchair user to use the seating area.
- The majority of tables are accessible to wheelchair users.
- In this area there are tables, high tables, booths, bench seats, high stools and a mixture of chairs with and without armrests available.
- Some chairs are fixed to the floor.
- Tables are not permanently fixed to the floor.
- The standard height for the underside of tables is 72cm.
- The surface height of the highest table is 105cm.
- There is some flooring which is shiny and could cause issues with glare or look slippery to some people.
- There is some flooring which includes patterns or colours which could be confusing or look like steps or holes to some people.
- The lighting levels are moderate to good.
