- Opening times are 07:00 - 21:00 Monday to Wednesday, and 07:00 - 20:00 Thursday to Sunday.
- There is a member of staff available for help and assistance.
- British Sign Language interpreters cannot be provided on request.
- Water bowls for assistance dogs are available on request from the main building.
- There is not a hearing assistance system.

- LEON is located to the left of the services building.
- There is step-free access to LEON.
- The entrance area is clearly signed.
- There is a dark mat or floor marking at this entrance area which may look like a hole to some people.

Service and Menus
View
- There is a food and drink ordering touchscreen and a counter where food and drink can be ordered.
- Customers can order at the counter or touchscreen.
Once ordered, customers will receive an order number that gets called out when the food and drink is ready. - Staff cannot bring food and/or drinks to tables.
- Menu types include; picture wall menus and written wall menus.
- Menus are clearly written.
- Menus are presented in contrasting colours.
- Staff can read menus to customers if requested.
- The type of food served here is hot and cold meals and snacks.
- Plastic/takeaway cups are available.
- Adapted cups are not available.
- Adapted cutlery is not available.
- Drinking straws are not available.
- Background music is played throughout this area.
- There is not a hearing assistance system .
- There is a/are hand sanitiser(s) in this area.
- The height of the hand sanitiser(s) is/are 91cm.

Self-Service Touchscreens

- Self-service touchscreens are available for ordering.
- The touchscreens are 120cm to 178cm from the floor.
- There is a button which will condense the screen content.
- The height of the button is 122cm from the floor.
- Once condensed the touchscreen heights are 120cm to 150cm from the floor.
- The lowest height of the touchscreen card machines is 105cm.
- The touchscreens do not have tent cards which you can use to get food and drink delivered to tables.

Service Counter

- The height of the counter is 95cm.
- There is a lowered section of the counter.
- The height of the lowered section at the counter is 76cm.
- There is not a clear knee recess beneath the lowered section of the counter.
- There are windows, TVs, glazed screens or mirrors at/behind the counter.
- The counter is not placed in front of a plain background.
- There is a moveable card machine available for payment.

Seating Area

- There is step-free access throughout.
- There is sufficient space for a wheelchair user to use the seating area.
- There are some tables which are accessible to wheelchair users.
- In this area there are coffee tables, tables, high tables, long tables, booths, bench seats, high stools and a mixture of chairs with and without armrests available.
- Some chairs are fixed to the floor.
- Some tables are fixed to the floor.
- The height between the floor and the underside of the lowest table is 68cm.
- The distance between the floor and the underside of the highest table is 73cm.
- The surface height of the lowest table is 37cm.
- The surface height of the highest table is 107cm.
- There is some flooring which is shiny and could cause issues with glare or look slippery to some people.
- There is some flooring which includes patterns or colours which could be confusing or look like steps or holes to some people.
- The lighting levels are moderate to good.
