  • Service and Menus View
    • There is a food and drink ordering touchscreen, a counter where food and drink can be ordered and a touchscreen ordering service available.
    • Customers order food and drink from either the touchscreens, or the service counter on the right.br> The order status is shown on the screen above the collection counter.
      Collection counter staff also call out order numbers when they are ready for collection. If customers order from the touchscreen their order number is displayed on the screen and staff inform them when each order is ready. Orders are collected from the collection counter on the left.

  • In this area there are high tables, tables, a mixture of chairs with and without armrests, bench seats, armchairs and high stools available.
  • Some chairs are fixed to the floor.
  • Some tables are fixed to the floor.
  • The standard height for the underside of tables is 73cm.
  • The surface height of the tables is 109cm.
  • Music is played everywhere.
  • There is some flooring which is shiny and could cause issues with glare or look slippery to some people.
  • There is some flooring which includes patterns or colours which could be confusing or look like steps or holes to some people.
  • Lighting levels are moderate to good.
