View
- The shopping centre is located in North London at NW4 3FP, Prince Charles Drive. There are various routes to Brent Cross Shopping Centre.
- There are 6 car parks available at Brent Cross Shopping Centre; Red and Blue Car Parks, Fenwick Upper and Lower Car Parks and John Lewis Upper and Lower Car Parks.

By Bus

- There is a bus stop within 150 metres of the venue.
- There are 13 routes from all over North and Central London and South Hertfordshire. The routes are as follows: 102, 112, 113, 142, 143, 182, 186, 189, 210, 232, 266, 326 and C11.

By Train
View
- The nearest Railway Station is Hendon.
- Hendon station is a 12 to 15 minute walk away. Simply exit the station onto the main road, cross over and turn left. After a few minutes, you will find Vivien Avenue on your right. Walk all the way down Vivien Avenue until it reaches the lights at Hendon Central and NatWest bank on your right. Continue walking and pass by HSBC bank and The Hendon Pub on Hendon Way. You will soon see a footpath on your right, which brings you out near Topsy Turvy World. Cross over and take the walkway through the multi-storey car park and into Brent Cross Shopping Centre.

By Underground

- The nearest underground station is Brent Cross.
- Brent Cross is 20 minutes from Central London on the Northern Line. Brent Cross is a short walk away from Hendon Central and Brent Cross Tube stations on the Edgware branch of the Northern Line.

- There is not a member of staff trained in British Sign Language.
- Staff receive deaf awareness training.
- There is not an assistance dog toilet or toileting area at the venue/near by.
- Water bowls for assistance dogs are available.
Bus Stops
- There are 3 bus stops located outside the venue.
- Two of the bus stops (B and C) are sheltered and have seating.
- The third bus stop (A) has no shelter or seating.
- There is step-free access to the entrance from all 3 bus stops.
- There is an information counter available next to bus stop C, however this was not in use at the time of surveying.
- There is also a touch screen ticket machine available between bus stops B and C.
Bus Stop to Mall 2 Entrance
- Upon exiting the bus at bus stop B, turn left and continue ahead for approximately 20 metres towards the Brent Cross Shopping Centre - lower mall - bus stops and taxi rank entrance.
- The approach to the entrance is even and consists of block paving.
- There is a slight upward slope along the entirety of the approach leading from bus stop B to the entrance.
Taxi Rank
- The taxi rank is located off Prince Charles Drive.
- There is step-free access along the taxi rank.
- The path along the taxi rank has a tarmac surface and is even.
