Getting To (Clinic D)

  • The most accessible route from the Winsland Street Blue Badge parking has a very easy slope, uneven surfaces and a dropped kerb.
  • Access to Clinic D is via the Main Outpatients accessible entrance .
  • There is not a drop-off point at this entrance.
  • Clinic D is located on the second floor of the Main Outpatients building .
  • Clinic D is approximately 5m from the Main Outpatients lifts.
  • Enter via the Main Outpatients building accessible entrance.
    Proceed ahead past the main ground floor seating area, then turn right to the lifts.
    Take a lift to the second floor.
    On exiting the lift, the Surgical Outpatients reception is ahead, which is used by Clinic D.
    The entrance to Clinic D is then to the right from the Surgical Outpatients reception desk.
  • Internally the most accessible route has doors permanently held open, a lift and step-free level access.
  • There are resting areas along the route.
  • Wayfinding signage is provided.
  • Signage is clearly visible with high contrasting colours.
  • The following toilet facilities are available along the route; standard toilets and a toilet with adaptations (with left hand transfer).
