Getting To (Ward 6 - Newsam Centre)
- The most accessible route from the Newsam Centre Visitors Car Park has slight ramps or slopes, uneven surfaces and a dropped kerb.
- Access to Ward 6 is via the Newsam Centre entrance.
- There is a drop-off point at this entrance.

- Ward 6 is located on the second floor, on the left side of the building.
- Ward 6 is approximately 8m from the lift.
- Enter via the Newsam Centre entrance and proceed straight ahead past the reception desk.
- Follow the main corridor to the end and turn left.
- Continue ahead and the lift is located on the left.
- Take the lift to the second floor and exit the lift and turn left.
- Go through the manual doors and Ward 6 is located straight ahead at the end of the corridor.
- Internally the most accessible route has step-free level access, a lift and manual doors.
- Some flooring along the route is shiny.
- There are resting areas along the route.
- Wayfinding signage is provided.
- Signage is clearly visible with high contrasting colours.
