About Harrow Council

The London Borough of Harrow is a culturally diverse town, with a mixture of historic and contemporary sites. Harrow is very conveniently located with fast connections to the centre of London as well as local shopping, business, art, culture and entertainment centres. The town centre includes a fully pedestrianised area with shops and pavement cafes, as well as two shopping centres. Harrow-on-the-Hill is a conservation area steeped in history with listed buildings of Georgian architecture and a selection of independently owned businesses.
