Access Guide
Getting Help and Assistance
- There is a member of staff available for help and assistance.
- There is an assistance dog toilet or toileting area at the venue/nearby.
- The assistance dog toilet or toileting area is located :
- Landside: opposite the drop off area.
- Airside: access to the airside relief area requires a staff escort as the route passes through non-passenger zones. Passengers requiring access to these facilities should notify a staff member for assistance.
- Water bowls for assistance dogs are available.
- There are mobility aids available.
- The mobility aids available include wheelchairs.
- To obtain mobility aids please contact from the information desk in the main concourse or by contacting any of the PRM (Special Assistance) staff.
- Passengers requiring assistance will be taken to aircraft using lifts to access the apron, buses to access the far gates, and stair climbers to access the aircraft. Passengers requiring assisted access are collected from the Priority Seating in the Departures Lounge by PRM staff. There are also wheelchairs available to help PRM staff assist passengers.

- The airport has advised that the timings for getting from one part of the airport to another are as follows:
- Landside:
- Car park call point to drop off area: 3min
- Car park call point to info desk: 5 min
- Drop off call point to info desk: 2 min
- Departure lounge assisted seating area to the boarding gates:
- Gates 3-6: 1-3 Minutes
- Gates 7-10: 3-4 minutes
- Gates 21-22 2 minutes
- Gates 23-24 3 Minutes.
