  • There are a couple services on the ground floor of the Library in the Learning Centre (Holloway Campus) and Calcutta House (Aldgate Campus).
    They provide information or help Students with technical or other issues (Techsmart Desk and Library Services/ Information).
    The services are also available online for Students from either Campus.
    The TechSmart desk can help with various issues such as changing passwords, printer access, Wi-Fi access, weblearn queries, evision queries (accessing journals/ books away from the University) and can provide information on available software and laptop loans.

    The subject drop-in and enquiry area next to the library services desk in the Holloway Campus' Learning Centre is used for this purpose.
