Getting Inside
- The approach to the building is step-free via a slight slope.
- James France Building has four entrances.
All entrances provide step-free access to Level 0.
Three of the entrances have double manual doors and the remaining entrance has a single manual door with a locked extension leaf. - The entrances are all signed James France.
- All entrances provide step-free access to Level 0 via slight slopes.
Getting Around
- There is step-free level access to Level 0 and the Learning Lounge.
- On Level 0 there is a slight ramp and stairs located on the rear corridor of the building. There is still step-free level access to all rooms along this corridor, however you may need to come in through the front entrance.
- Floor surfaces along all circulation routes are hard and smooth, with some having a shiny finish.
- There are resting areas in some circulation area with a mixture of seating.
- Wall mounted wayfinding signage is provided throughout the building.
- There are manual doors in some corridor and lobby areas.

Entrance (Rear)

- The lift door has a low visual contrast.
- The lift has a level manoeuvring space in front of it for a wheelchair user (150cm x 150cm).
