Getting Here

  • By Road View
    • From the M62 - When you reach the end of the M62, follow signs for the ring road and Bootle (A5058). Follow the A5058 for approximately 5 miles until you reach signs for the A59 towards Preston. Leave the A5058 here and take the 3rd exit off the roundabout on to the A59 towards Aintree and Walton. Carry on along this road for half a mile and turn left, then immediately turn left again. Continue along this road and the hospital car park will be on the right. From the Wirral: Join the M53 motorway and follow the signs for the Mersey Tunnel (Kingsway). After exiting the tunnel on the Liverpool side, follow the signs for the A59 towards Preston. Continue following the A59 northwards for just over 2 miles and turn left and then immediately left again. Continue along this road and the hospital car park will be on the right.
    • An open-air tarmacked car park is available with ample standard and Blue Badge bays.
  • By Bus View
    • The closest bus stops are approximately 200m away on Rice Lane. These provide direct services to and from Liverpool City Centre, Bootle, and Skelmersdale. The bus stops are serviced by bus numbers 20, 21, 62, 68, 68a, 68e, 214, 310, 345, and 835.
  • By Train View
    • The nearest train station is Rice Lane which is just over half a mile away. This station provides direct services to and from Kirkby, Fazakerley, and Liverpool Central.
