Getting To The Hospital

Getting Help and Assistance

  • There is a Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) at the hospital.
  • The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) is located on level 2 of the Yellow Zone, opposite the main reception.

Proceed along the corridor until you pass through the Purple Zone reach the Level 2 Lift. Take the Lift to Level 1 and follow the corridor into Green Zone. At the end of the corridor turn left. At the end of the corridor turn right. At the end of the corridor turn left, proceed along the corridor and the Patient Discharge Unit will be on the right.
  • There is step free access, via lift, to the Patient Discharge Unit.
  • The Patient Discharge Unit is approximately 135m from the Purple Zone Lift.
  • There are resting areas along the route.
  • Wayfinding signage is provided.
