- There is a food and drink ordering touchscreen and a counter where food and drink can be ordered.
- Food and drink is either ordered from the counter or the self-service touchscreens and collected from the counter.
Customers are either notified by staff or on a screen. - Staff can bring food and/or drinks to tables.
- Menu types include; written wall menus and picture wall menus.

- Once condensed the touchscreen heights are 120cm to 145cm from the floor.
- The lowest height of the touchscreen card machines is 105cm.
- The touchscreens do not have tent cards which you can use to get food and drink delivered to tables.

Service Counter

- The height of the counter is 86cm.
- There are windows, TVs, glazed screens or mirrors at/behind the counter.
- The counter is not placed in front of a plain background.
- There is a moveable card machine available for payment.
- The lighting levels are moderate to good.
Seating Area
- The seating area is located to the far left as you enter the services building, opposite Costa Coffee.
- There is step-free access to the seating area.
- There is sufficient space for a wheelchair user to use the seating area.
- In this area there are chairs without armrests, sofas, tables and bench seats available.
- Some chairs are fixed to the floor.
- Tables are not permanently fixed to the floor.
- The standard height for the underside of tables is 71cm.
- The surface height of the lowest table is 61cm.
- There is some flooring which is shiny and could cause issues with glare or look slippery to some people.
- Lighting levels are good.
