Access to Fantastic Flight
- Fantastic Flight is a large, internal exhibition space. One level is lower and accessed via a slight ramp.
- The distance from the parking outside is 100m.
- The most accessible route has step-free level access, a slight ramp or slope and uneven surfaces.
- There is written text signage on or near the entrance.
- There is step-free access via ramp into the building.
- The ramp has a slight gradient.
- There are double manual doors which are permanently held open.
- The width of the opening is 172cm.
- The doors have a medium visual contrast.
- The nearest parking / accessible parking is 100m from the entrance door outside the Conservation Hangar.
Exhibition Entrance
- This entrance is located to the right, after entering.
- The entrance area is clearly signed.

Exhibition Space
- All exhibits are indoors.

- The following areas have step-free access via ramps or slopes: the lower level exhibition area.
- The following areas have stepped access: The 'In a Spin' exhibit.
- Access throughout may include doors permanently held open.
- There is room for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre (150cm x 150cm).
- The flooring is shiny.
- The walls and floor visual contrast varies between low and high.
- The following may be experienced here: sudden loud noises, lighting effects, 3D visual effects on screen and interactive video effects.

- Lighting levels vary due to the size of the space.
